Delivery
• For deliveries to the Melbourne/Metropolitan area, Couriers can deliver carton lots at a cost of $10.00 per carton. For deliveries to regional Victoria TNT delivers at $35 per carton.
• Sydney/Brisbane/Adelaide (City and Metropolitan area) can be delivered by Express Post at a cost of $25.00 per carton. Larger quantities will be delivered by TNT at a cost of $25 per carton. Deliveries to Regional areas will be $35.00 per carton.
• Delivery to Western Australia POA.
• Overseas delivery POA.

You may wish to make your own delivery arrangements. Please let us know at time of ordering.


Payment
• For Australian Clients: Cheque with order, Cash on delivery or direct debit into our Account.
• For Overseas Clients: PayPal can be used by both Australian and overseas clients, or By Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Telegraphic transfer to a nominated account or by other previously agreed payment system, prior to delivery.


Moulds
All standard mould designs listed remain property of Hawthorn Bay Pty Ltd.
We can make moulds to your specification, and exclusive for your use. You pay for development of the tool and moulds(50% deposit with order). Please call for a quotation for customised moulds if you have special needs.
